This exceptional opportunity awaits a commercially astute, creatively driven marketing leader ready to step into a role with genuine influence.

Our Director of Marketing position sits at the heart of Brighton Dome & Festival. We are the south coast's premier multi-arts venue, each year presenting over 600 events in our venues, as well as producing the annual Brighton Festival for three weeks every May and providing a music education service that teaches over 4,000 children and young people music across East and West Sussex.

With full accountability for our marketing strategy, you will help shape our voice and set the creative and commercial direction across the full range of media.

The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on: equally comfortable developing a marketing plan, allocating budget, and mentoring senior talent as they are at pushing creative boundaries, interrogating performance data, and moving quickly on opportunities others miss.

You will be an experienced marketer already working at a senior level, able to develop and deliver creative campaigns, ideally working in an arts or similar environment and looking to step up into a leadership role.

The role will involve collaborating on the organisation-wide audience strategy, ensuring that marketing plans are integrated. You will identify opportunities to grow reach and diversification, expand awareness of our brand and maximise sales and revenue.
