Marketing Assistant

37 hours per week, permanent
£23,220 per annum (subject to pay award for 25/26)
Hybrid working available

Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival is looking to recruit a full time Marketing Assistant to provide creative and administrative support for our in-house Marketing and Communications teams. You will work on a variety of events and projects across Brighton Dome, Brighton Festival and our music education service, Create Music.

You will liaise with our hiring promoters, create on-sale and weekly emails to promote events, help to maintain our websites, assist with media requests, monitor press coverage and social media channels, maintain our venue displays, research promotional opportunities and help create content to support our creative marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will have good administrative skills; excellent organisational and time management skills; accurate proof-reading skills; a positive, can-do attitude and a keen interest in the arts. You will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate effectively with a wide range of people and work well within a team and under your own initiative.
