Help us reach more people to inspire creativity and enrich lives through the power of the arts.

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager with a passion for delivering inspiring marketing communications that engage audiences within the arts. You’ll be an excellent communicator with superb people management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative.

You’ll have substantial campaign marketing experience within the cultural or entertainment sector, with knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing strategies and trends, and a drive for hitting – and exceeding – sales targets.

Situated in the heart of Brighton and part of the Royal Pavilion Estate, we are an arts charity made up of an historic events venue – Brighton Dome, a music education service – Create Music, and the biggest curated cross-arts festival in England – Brighton Festival. Together we bring the arts and culture to a wide and diverse audience and achieve an annual reach of 600,000.

Join us at this exciting time for Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival, as we work towards the re-opening of our refurbished venues and new spaces.

We actively encourage ethnically diverse and disabled applicants and value the positive impact difference has on our teams.
