Production Coordinator

Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

30 hours per week

£23,435 per annum, pro rata

Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival offers an unusually diverse and exciting environment in which to work, presenting both a year-round programme of performances across the site’s small, mid and large-scale venues and the annual international Brighton Festival that takes place all over the city and its surrounding area for the month of May.

We are looking for a someone to fill this role on a Fixed Term contract for 12 months to cover the substantive post holder as soon as possible. We are seeking someone who is highly collaborative with a high level of administration, organisation and computer skills. This role holds the Production department together, working closely with our Executive Festival Producer and Production Managers on everything from budgets, contracts, accommodation, travel, to liaising with Communications and Marketing on the brochure process and working closely with Finance on reconciliation. We require someone who has meticulous attention to detail and enjoys working in a busy team.
