We are proud to operate across a unique portfolio of venues including the historic Brighton Dome and the recently refurbished Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre.

As a Senior Ticket Services Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Ticket Office, providing support to the Ticket Services Supervisors and Managers while delivering excellent service to our audiences, artists, and stakeholders. We are seeking someone with experience in a ticketing, box office, or customer service environment with a friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills. You will also need excellent organisational skills, good IT skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A genuine interest in the arts and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding visitor experience is required.
